Who am I...........................................

My name is Jane Rushton and I am an experienced nurse with over 30 years in practice. 

I have worked with young people for 23 years within the education setting. Over the last 10 years mental health has taken over the clinical side of school nursing. 
I have completed my advanced counselling course and coaching course. 

I believe that coaching is extremely powerful and is a great place to start unravelling unhealthy routines and internal conversation.

In a six week course my clients are able to see and feel a big change in their mood and confidence.
